Celebrating its 11th anniversary, REITs Symposium is back on 24 May 2025 at Suntec Convention Centre, Summit 1 and 2 at Level 3, to connect investors, industry leaders, and experts to explore the evolving real estate market. With insights on interest rates, global trends, and investment opportunities, this premier event equips attendees with the knowledge to navigate the REIT landscape confidently in 2025!

The upcoming event will bring together nearly all the major Singapore REITs—an excellent opportunity for you to pose your burning questions about their properties, sector outlooks, and the strategies driving their management. Personally, I plan to engage with representatives from Mapletree Industrial Trust and Keppel DC REIT to gain insights into their data centre outlooks. I’ll also be speaking with CapitaLand Ascott Trust and CDL Hospitality Trust to understand how current interest rate trends may impact their financing costs. For Mapletree Logistics Trust and Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust, I’m keen to explore whether there’s finally a silver lining for their China and Hong Kong properties after all this time.

Additionally, this event offers a rare chance to interact with the management teams of smaller, under-the-radar REITs like Stoneweg European REIT, Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT, ESR REIT, and OUE REIT. These are often less talked about, but who knows? I might just uncover some hidden gems worth watching.
